Poppy Hills

Poppy Hills is a covenant-enforced sub association within the Grant Ranch community comprised of 89 single-family patio homes.

It has a five-member Board of Directors who are elected for three-year staggered terms. The Board meets on the second Tuesday of every other month (starting in March) at the Village Center. The Association meets in January to elect officers and to ratify the budget for the coming year. Poppy Hills is one of the few gated communities in Grant Ranch and our dues for 2018 are $170/mo.

The association provides for all common area and front yard maintenance and landscaping, alley and roadway maintenance (including snow removal), gate maintenance and sprinkler system maintenance, etc. Two social functions are held each year: a summer event at the Village Center and a Christmas Holiday event, also held at the Village Center around the first week in December.

A quarterly newsletter is circulated to homeowners and we have a well maintained community bulletin board to keep our members up to date in the meantime. Poppy Hills is a neighborhood that has no shortage of homeowners willing to donate their time and talents to make the community such a great place to live.

Our board is supplemented by committees for design review, infrastructure, landscaping, welcoming, communications and our social events.
