Gray Hawk is a community of 58 single-family patio homes situated in Denver County between Grant Ranch Boulevard and the Raccoon Creek golf course. It is covenant controlled, with a five-member Homeowners Association Executive Board of Directors who are elected for three year staggered terms. The Board meets monthly and the Association meets in March to elect directors and in the fall to ratify the budget for the next year. 

Dues for 2018 are $285.00 per month and cover insurance of the structures; maintenance on the exterior of the homes; irrigation, mowing and fertilizing of lawns; trimming of shrubs and trees; and snow removal when snow fall reaches or exceeds two inches. 

Two social functions are held each year: a summer picnic and a winter Holiday celebration. Impromptu gatherings are also held in individual homes and yards. A monthly newsletter is circulated to homeowners. We are a friendly community, watch out for our neighbors and take pride in maintaining a beautiful neighborhood.
